Are the products you use safe for my family and pets?

While care must be taken with any application there are 3 main reasons our products are safe to use in your home.

1. The products are formulated to target insects.  Most commonly targeting the insect neurology.  Since mammals and insects have different neuroreceptors humans and pets are unlikely to absorb quantities of chemicals to become toxic.
2. Technicians are trained to apply the products in areas of low contact and absorption for mammals but areas of high contact and absorption for insects.
3. Products are also formulated to degrade over a 45-60 day interval therefore assuring that within that time period there is little product left to be effective against insects, thus little left in the home environment.

Do I have to sign a contract for your services?

No. We provide services for non-contract customers; however, you do get better rates due to volume discounts and will get more predictable results when your services are performed at 60 day intervals.  For more information see our Services page.

Are your services guaranteed?

We assure you we provide our best efforts at every service and that the application performed will have an effect on your particular pest problem.  We cannot guarantee that limited services will solve your problem.

There are many factors involved in successful control of any pest issue.

The results you experience will vary on the severity of the initial problem and other variables that include but are not limited to: insect activity, precipitation & humidity, temperature, and timing and regularity of applications.
